How to Download or Email Patient Graphs & Tables
Using a desktop computer?
Bot MD Care allows you to download individual patient Graphs & Tables and even gives you the option to send them via email.
Via Patient List
1. Tap the Hamburger icon then Patient List.
2. Select the Active tab to see a list of Active Patients and select Discharged to see the list of Discharged Patients. You may type the patient's name in the search field or select from the list.
3. Search for your patient then tap on Graphs.
If active, you may also download your patient's submissions via Patient Monitoring (see image below):
4. Set the desired duration date then tap on Download Data.
5a. To Download your patient's graphical data as a file, select Export Graphs. The output format will automatically select PDF, then click on Export Data.
5b. To Download your patient's tabular data as a file, select Export table, then choose your desired output format (CSV or PDF), then click on Export Data.
Note: Downloading tabular data as a csv, will include all patient submissions from the beginning the patient was enrolled in remote monitoring.
6. Format your document as preferred then click on Save.
