Patient List - Bulk Actions

Within the Patient List, the Bulk actions toolbar allows you to quickly perform tasks on a selected number of patients. You can use the Bulk actions toolbar to perform the following tasks:

Bulk Enroll Patients into a Program

1. In Patient List search for your patient by typing the name in the search field (or use filters if searching for multiple patients) then click on Actions and choose either Custom selection or Select Visible Rows.

2. The Bulk Actions toolbar will appear below the list. If you have selected Custom selection, click on the checkboxes to select patients from the list, then click on the Bulk Actions button and select Enroll into program.

3. Select a Program from the drop down list in which you would like to enroll your selected patients.

4. Click on Enroll Patients to proceed with the enrollment.

Bulk remove patients from Programs

1. Use the Filters to select the Program that you want to remove patients from.

2. Select the names of the patients that you want to remove from that program.

3. 

   The Bulk Actions toolbar will appear below the list. Click on Remove from Programs to remove the patients from the programs. Note that this bulk action will remove the Patient from.

4. Confirm the action by tapping the "Remove patients" button.

Note: When removing a patient from a program through bulk action, patients selected will be automatically removed from all programs that they are currently enrolled in.

You can specifically select to remove the patient from a particular program through the hamburger icon (three lines button) on the right side of the patient list.

Creating a Patient Group

1. In Patient List you can search for the patients you want to add into a Group
2. You can also choose to bulk select specific patients by clicking on the Actions button. Select visible rows will only select the 25 patients that are visible in the list. Select all patients will select all patients in your entire patient list.

3. Once selected, the Bulk Action toolbar will appear below the list. Select "Create Patient Group."

4. Name your group and add an optional description. Click Save to create the group.

Sending Messages to Multiple Patients

1. In Patient List search for your patients by typing their names in the search field. You can also use filters to search for patients in a specific Program. Next, click on Actions and choose either Custom selection to select specific patients, or use Select visible rows to select the rows of patients displayed.

2. The Bulk Actions bar will appear below the list. If you have selected Custom selection, click on the checkboxes to select patients from the list, then click on the Bulk Actions button and select "Send Message."

3. Choose a message to send from the templates and click on Send now to send the selected message to the group.

Deactivating Patients

Deactivating Patients will discharge the patient from the Active Patient List and move them into the Deactivated list. They will no longer receive messages or reminders from Bot MD in the messaging channel.

1. In Patient List search for the patients that you want to remove by typing their name in the search field. You can also use filters to search for patients in a specific Program. Next, click on Actions and choose either Custom selection to select specific patients, or use Select visible rows to select the rows of patients displayed.

2. The Bulk Actions bar will appear below the list. If you have selected Custom selection, click on the checkboxes to select patients from the list, then click on the Bulk Actions button and select Deactivate Patients.

3. Confirm the action by clicking the "Yes, deactivate" button.

The users deactivated will be removed from the Active List and will be transferred from the Deactivated List.
