Setting an Appointment

Step 1: On the left hand side, click "Appointments" to be taken to the Appointments dashboard.

  1. Here you will see the appointment details of your patients.

Status

  • Cancelled - The appointment has been called off by the clinical user.
  • Past - The appointment had already happened.
  • Upcoming - The appointment has been set at a later date.

Confirmation

  • Confirmed - Patient has confirmed they will go to the appointment.
  • Not Confirmed - Patient has not yet confirmed they will go to the appointment.
  • No Show - Patient did not arrive or the appointment was cancelled.
  • Show - The patient arrived at the appointment.
  1. On the top right portion of your screen, you can set an Appointment from the "Add Appointment" button

  1. If you've clicked "Add Patient", you must fill in your patient's details to register them.

  1. Once accomplished, or if you've clicked "Existing Patient", you'll be asked to select the patient, the calendar account you've linked to your profile, and kind the calendar event the appointment will be. Once finished, click "Select Date & Time"

  1. From your calendar account (Example below is from Calendy) set your appointment date and time.

  1. Once completed, the patient will be informed via the selected "Messaging Channel".

  1. The appointment details can be viewed on the appointment dashboard by clicking the patients name.

  1. To cancel an appointment, click "Cancel Appointment" in the appointment details. The patient will be informed and the calendar system will be updated.
