Adding Family Members

Bot MD Care allows clinical users to add family members or appropriate contacts to the messages sent to the assigned patient.

Step 1: On the sidebar on the left-hand side, click "Family Members" to be taken to the Family Members page.

Step 2: From the "Family Members" Dashboard, you can view the Name, Contact Details, Assigned Patients, and the status of the family member.

Step 3: Click the "Add Family Member" button on the top right to add a new family member. Enter their details and click "Save."

Step 4: The family member will now be added to the dashboard.
