Updating Patient Profile
Adding multiple patients by bulk import will exclude certain details compared to adding them individually. To Add or Edit those details:
- On the left of your dashboard, click “Patient List.”
- Search for your individual patient either by the search bar or by the filters.
- Select the view profile icon to view the patient's full detail
- Patients who were imported by a patient list will only have their Name, ID, Phone, Gender, Date of Birth (DOB), and Messaging Channel available. To add parameters such as Date of Diagnosis or Hospital Name, click “add more default parameters here”
- Select the “Clinical Parameter” you want to add and the “Input Value” or the details you want to be displayed in that parameter. If you would like to add more than one Clinical Parameter, click “Add Parameter” and another box will appear.
- Once complete, click “Add” and the patient's profile will have your selected parameters added.
- To edit a parameter, click “Edit” on the patient's details. In the box, adjust the details you want and click "Save.”
