🩺 How to Add a New Clinical User
Bot MD Care helps your entire Care Team monitor and manage their patients. You can easily add new clinical users to the Dashboard.
Note: Clinical users must be added into the dashboard before they can access the platform.
1. Click the Clinical Admin 🩺 Module
2. Click Add New User button
3. Enter details of the new clinical user. Make sure to choose the appropriate country code from the dropdown before filling in the user's number.
4. Select the preferred mode of receiving alerts via WhatsApp, Viber, or SMS.
Note: that clinical alerts sent via WhatsApp, Viber or SMS will incur a standard messaging cost.
5. Select the Role for the user.
6. Click Add Users to save
Editing a Clinical User's Profile
1. Click the Clinical Admin 🩺 Module
2. Click on the More Settings Icon then select Edit Profile.
3. Make the changes to the details as needed then click on Save.
Deactivating a Clinical User's Profile
1. Click the Clinical Admin 🩺 Module
2. Click on the More Settings Icon then select Deactivate Profile.
3. Designate a clinical user to reassign all patients under the user being deactivated.
4. Click on Reassign and Deactivate user.
Re-activating a Clinical User's Profile
1. In the Clinical Admin page search for the clinical user, then click on More settings and select Reactivate Profile.
