Sending Message Templates to a Patient

Bot MD Care allows you to send customized message templates for individual patients if required.

Sending a Message Template via Patient List

1. In Patient List 📒, search for your patient then click on the Send Message icon.

Alternatively, you can click on More Settings, then select Send Message

2. Select a message template from the drop down list.

3. Select the appropriate program where your patient is enrolled.

Sending a Message Template via Patient Monitoring

1. In the left Menu under Patient Monitoring 📒, search for your patient then on right, click on More Settings and select Send Message.

Repeat Steps 2 - 4 above.
