How to Download All Patient Data
Bot MD Care allows you to download your patient data in a quick csv or pdf format and even gives you the option to send it via email.
Note: Please remember to password protect your excel!
How to Download Patient Data (All Patients)
1. In Patient List, click on Download Data
2. To Download All Patient Data select All Patient Data and Export as CSV, HTML, or PDF. Additionally, select Download file to download the data as a file, then click on Export Data.
3. To Download All Patient Submissions select All submission data and Export as CSV, HTML, or PDF. Additionally, select Download file to download the data as a file, then click on Export Data.
4. The system will prepare your file, then the download will automatically start.
5. Open your downloaded csv file with a spreadsheet editor (e.g. Excel or Numbers).
The Patient Data CSV lists all the patients and the monitoring forms in which they are enrolled, their enrollment and discharge date, as well as the Clinical Users assigned to each patient.
The Submissions Data CSV is a table that shows the all of the patients' submission data, their clinical users and any comments made on each submission.
How to Email Patient Data (All Patients)
1. In Patient List, click on Download Data
2. To send All Patient Data select All Patient Data and Export as CSV, HTML, or PDF. Additionally, select Send to email to send the file to an email recipient. Enter the recipient's email address then click on Export Data.
3. To send All Patient Submissions select All submission data and Export as CSV, HTML, or PDF. Additionally, select Send to email to send the file to an email recipient. Enter the recipient's email address then click on Export Data.
You will receive 2 emails: one containing a password protected encrypted file attachment of your requested data, and the other containing the password to the encrypted file.
