How to Download or Email Individual Patient Data

Bot MD Care allows you to download individual patient data in a quick csv or pdf format and even gives you the option to send it via email.
How to Download Individual Patient Data
1. In Patient List, search for your patient in the Active or Discharged tab. You may type the patient's name in the search field or select from the list, then click on More Settings and select View submissions.
2. In the Submissions tab, click on the Download Data button on the right.
If active, you may also download your patient's submissions via Patient Monitoring (see image below):
3. To Download your patient's submissions as a file, and Export as CSV or PDF, and additionally, select Download file, then click on Export Data.
4. The system will prepare your file, then the download will automatically start.
5. Open your downloaded csv file with a spreadsheet editor (e.g. Excel or Numbers).
How to Email Individual Patient Data
Repeat steps 1 - 2 above.
3. To email your patient's submissions as a file, select Export as CSV, and additionally, select Send to email. Fill in the recipient's email address then click on Export Data.
The email recipient will receive 2 emails: one containing a password protected encrypted file attachment of your requested data, and the other containing the password to the encrypted file.
