How to Download or Email Individual Patient Data
Using a desktop computer?
Bot MD Care allows you to download individual patient data in a quick csv or pdf format and even gives you the option to send it via email.
How to Download Individual Patient Data
1. Tap the Hamburger icon then Patient List.
2. Select the Active Patients tab to see a list of Active Patients and select Deactivated to see the list of Discharged Patients. You may type the patient's name in the search field or select from the list.
3. Search for your patient then tap on More Settings (3 dots) then View submissions.
If active, you may also download your patient's submissions via Patient Monitoring (see image below):
4. Tap on Download Data then select Submissions.
5. To Download your patient's submissions as a file, and Export as CSV, HTML, or PDF, and additionally, select Download file, then click on Export Data.
5. The system will prepare your file, then the download will automatically start.
Note: You may need to tap on Download on your mobile device's popup to download the file.
6. Open your downloaded csv file with a spreadsheet editor (e.g. Excel or Numbers).
Repeat steps 1 - 3 above.
4. To email your patient's submissions as a file, select Export as CSV, and additionally, select Send to email. Fill in the recipient's email address then click on Export Data.
The email recipient will receive 2 emails: one containing a password protected encrypted file attachment of your requested data, and the other containing the password to the encrypted file.
