Quick Start (Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1. In your web browser, go to care.botmd.com 


Step 2. On the Login Page, type your organization's name (e.g. nkti) in the input bar (“your-org-url”).



Step 3. Sign in with either your Mobile Number or Email Address

Step 1: Select your Country Code, then type your phone number to sign-in

Step 2: Type the OTP code sent to your phone via SMS to login

Logging in via Email address


Step 1: Enter your email address in the input field


Step 2: Type the OTP code sent to your email address to login

Enroll Your Patient


Step 1. On the left side of your dashboard, you can either:

  1. Click the blue plus icon to add a patient, or

  2. You can go to the "Patient List" and click "Add Patient"

Note: Enrollment forms are customized according to each institution's needs and may therefore vary from what is shown here.

Step 2. Tap "Submit Now" to save and submit the form.

Step 3. Your patients will receive an enrollment message via SMS/Whatsapp/Viber.


Step 4. Your patient should tap on the “Monitoring Form” button and answer the questions on the form

Step 5. You can view your Patient's Submission in the “Patient List” by clicking the icon with two people on the left-hand sidebar.


Step 6. Search for your patient by typing their name or number in the search box.

Step 7. On the right hand side, tap on the three dots for "More settings" and select "View Submissions" to view your patient's submissions.
