Viewing Patient Submissions

When patients complete a monitoring form, they are recorded in the dashboard as patient submissions and can be classified into the following:

Normal Submission - patients whose clinical parameters are within thresholds. These are denoted by a green dot (2) - see image below.

Abnormal Submission (Clinical Alerts) - patients whose clinical parameters that do not fall within set thresholds. These values may be  greater than, greater than or equal to an upper limit; lesser than, lesser than or equal to a lower limit; or simply an indication of a symptom).  These submissions trigger an alert message to a designated clinical user alertee, and are denoted by an alert icon (3) when unresolved, or a red dot (1) when resolved - see image below.

1. Click on " Patient Monitoring then the "All" tab to access the list of all active patients with their latest submission being shown. 

2. Scroll down the list or type the patient's name in the Search Patients field to locate your patient. 

Pro tip ⚡️:Use Filters to make searching for your patient easier! You can filter the list by Clinical Users or Monitoring Forms.

3.  Once you have located your patient, click on the patient to view all of patient's past submissions in the fly-out on the side. (can be scrolled down)

I. Viewing via Overview Page (Clinical Alerts)

1. The 5 most recent Latest Clinical Alerts are listed in a table under the Clinical Alerts card. To see a more comprehensive list, click on the Clinical Alerts card (1) or click on any of the patient in the table (2) and it will direct you to the flyout of that selected submission.


In the Patient Monitoring list, click on "More Settings" (three dots) then "View Submissions" to view a list of all the past submissions by the patient.



Viewing via Patient List

1. In Patient List, search for your patient, then on the rightmost side click on "More Settings (three dots)" then select "View Submissions."
