Viewing Patient Submissions
Using a desktop computer?
When patients complete a monitoring form, they are recorded in the dashboard as patient submissions and can be classified into the following:
Normal Submission - patients whose clinical parameters are within thresholds. These are denoted by a green submission card.
Abnormal Submission (Clinical Alerts) - patients whose clinical parameters that do not fall within set thresholds. These values may be greater than, greater than or equal to an upper limit; lesser than, lesser than or equal to a lower limit; or simply an indication of a symptom). These submissions trigger an alert message to a designated clinical user alertee and are denoted by a red submission card.
Resolved clinical alerts are immediately followed by a comment indicating "resolved" and any additional notes from clinical users.
Unresolved clinical alerts have no comments indicating "resolved".
Normal Submissions
1. Click on " Patient Monitoring then the "All" tab to access the list of all active patients with their latest submission being shown.
2. Scroll down the list or type the patient's name in the Search Patients field to locate your patient.
3. Once you have located your patient, click on the patient to view all of patient's past submissions in the fly-out (can be scrolled down)
I. Viewing via Overview Page (Clinical Alerts)
1. The 5 most recent Latest Clinical Alerts are listed in a table under the overview cards. To see a more comprehensive list, click on the Clinical Alerts card or on View all.
2. You will be redirected to the Unresolved Alerts tab in the Patient Monitoring Page listing all active patients with their latest submissions. Scroll down the list or type the patient's name in the Search Patients field to locate your patient.
3. Once you have located your patient, click on the patient to view all of patient's past submissions (can be scrolled down)
Viewing via Patient Submission History
In the Patient Monitoring list, click on "More Settings - View Submissions" to view a list of all the past submissions by the patient.
Viewing via Patient List
1. In Patient List, tap on More Settings then View submissions.
